If you’d like to return your order for any reason, please contact us by within 14 days of delivery. The goods must be returned in their original condition with undamaged packaging, any seals and/or shrink-wrap in tact, be in resaleable condition and must not have been used or fitted.
When returning an item for a refund or an exchange all returns are the responsibility of the buyer including the cost of return delivery to our UK warehouse. Please note that some products must be transported by pallet (including specialist upright pallet); if your order is delivered on a pallet we recommend that you retain it along with any packaging until you are completely satisfied – we can provide replacement pallets for returns at additional cost.
All returns should be sent using a trackable and insured carrier as the responsibility of the products remains with you until they arrive with us and are deemed in suitable condition.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.
